How to - SSO Configuration and Common Issues
AWS Cognito is a service managed by Rego SaaS and our internal teams, and therefore customers will not be having access. For any changes customers will be required to submit a new request. This requests can vary between:

The following changes are allowed by Rego SaaS:
SAML Metadata or Certificate Renewals
Switching the configuration between SSO and Non-SSO on a per environment basis
Enabling/Disabling SSO for an environment
Modifying the Login or Logout Navigation
When engaging Rego SaaS Support, we recommend:
Submitting a request through our Ticketing System as per the Support User Guide
When contacting support for any configuration changes, please ensure the corresponding template is provided:
Opening an Issue - Recommendations
If having issues with SSO or authenticating to your Clarity environment, please ensure:
Your SSO provider is working as expected by engaging your internal teams.
Identify if the issue is isolated to: 1 user, a few number of users or system wide.
Provide as much details as possible to our support team, as a minimum we recommend:
Time when the issue last occurred
Details and screenshots of the issue
URLs where the issue happened
A HAR file including all details from the trace (when possible)
