Clarity File Uploads with Virus Scan
Rego has enabled a new feature in our AWS infrastructure that includes comprehensive virus scanning on all uploaded files. This new feature in AWS is a more robust solution than the scan native to Clarity. This includes better notifications and alerting when issues are encountered. All files uploaded will be comprehensively scanned and any issues will cause the file to be quarantined and you will be notified via email. In order to take advantage of this new feature, Rego requires that all Clarity environments disable the document scan as to not interfere with the new AWS solution that has been put in place. Please ensure all Clarity environments do not check the box for the Clarity in-app virus scanner. Please see the instructions below.
Instructions:
Navigate to Administration->System Options
Scroll down to the Document Manager Options
Uncheck "Enable File of Scanning Documents"
Click Save
