How To - Reset Non SSO Password

Non SSO Passwords are managed by Rego SaaS - AWS Cognito instances. In order to reset a password follow the steps detailed below:

1. Ensure the user has been synchronized before, by running the “Cognito User Sync” job in Clarity

2. Navigate to your Non SSO URL, a screen similar to the one below will be displayed

3. Click on “Forgot your password?” located under the “Password” text box

4. Provide your Clarity username, and click on “Reset my password”

5. Once the username has been provided the user will receive an email containing a code. The code can then be used on the reset page, which needs to be provided along with the new password and confirmation.
