How to Retrieve a Log File

  • To retrieve a log, login to your Clarity PPM environment and view the URL bar in your browser

     

  • Update everything after your domain name to /niku/nu#action:security.logs, it should look something like this:

     

  • Once on the logs page, update the Log File field to the requested log and click Go. 

     

  • Click Download. Provide this file to your Hosting Support Contact

Note: Your contact may request you update the Server field as well
