Enable ICE Feature - Request for Customer Approval

Thank you for expressing your interest in the Integrated Content Experience (ICE) feature in Clarity.

Because of the nature of the ICE functionality, it requires enabling Pendo to function properly.

Since our customers are rightly protective of their data, we have prepared the attached Pendo Waiver document for your review.

Please read through the document and provide your confirmation in the JIRA request so that we can proceed with the implementation of this feature.

You may choose to keep Pendo disabled, with the understanding that you will not be able to use the ICE functionality.
