How to Reset a Password

Navigate to https://regoconsulting.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login and enter your email. Click Next
Click “Forgot your password?”
You will receive a message stating that a password reset link has been sent to your registered email address.
Navigate to the email and click on the link “Reset my password”
Enter your new password and click Confirm
You should now be in Jira and able to enter or monitor tickets.
