October 28th, 2022 3:00pm Eastern: Rego and AWS believe the underlying issue related to the Oct 22nd outage is completely remediated and resolved.

October 25th, 2022 11:48pm Eastern: Rego continues to investigate the cause and remediation of the incident on Oct 24th. The draft root cause analysis report is below. This report will be updated with further details as they become known and the investigation concludes.

October 24th, 2022 1:16pm Eastern: Rego believes a full recovery has been achieved. We are working with Amazon Web Services to develop a root cause analysis. This event is related an outage at Amazon Web Services. Rego is investigating which customers and environments may be affected and will post updates to this status page as they become available.

August 15, 2022 2:00PM Eastern - Root Cause Analysis: The SFTP disruption has been fully mitigated for the limited customers in North America that were impacted. A root cause analysis has been posted below:

August 15, 2022 12:48PM Eastern - Rego has determined the health of the SFTP service to be stable, but Rego remains closely monitoring. Updates will be made to this page as the service health is restored. A root cause analysis will be posted once we are confident that the issue is fully mitigated.
