Certain end users in US region are reporting connectivity issues to Clarity environments. AWS has reported an outage and are investigating the availability of EC2 instances.

Issue: Inability to connect to the Clarity website by end users, BG and Jaspersoft services also impacted

Impact: Users in US region

Current Status: Most database connections are restored, we are validating
