Rego SaaS - Monthly Maintenance Window Schedule

Guidance:
Maintenance events are planned in advance to ensure all Rego customers may plan ahead for any considerations. Do not plan any releases during the scheduled maintenance windows, all maintenance events include some amount of disruption. Maintenance windows are intended to be a quiet periods with limited Clarity activity.
Planned Routine Maintenance:
Rego conducts occasional, planned monthly maintenance to improve the monitoring, security and stability of the Amazon AWS infrastructure hosting Clarity. Due to the architecture of Clarity on AWS and the highly-available systems, when maintenance is executed within the window brief outages could occur but generally do not consume the entire window. The monthly windows are confined to specific Saturdays, 3:00am EST to 6:00am EST. Before and after these specific windows, Rego locks down all infrastructure (all non-prod and prod) from approximately Friday afternoon until Sunday evening to ensure high quality, controlled deployments. Rego will note in the scheduled below if service interrupts or performance degradation will be experienced during these windows. In general, Rego recommends that you avoid running critical activities, jobs or interfaces during these monthly windows for increased stability. Any planned monthly maintenance window that includes notable changes to the environments will include a published list of changes 7 days prior to the event.
Planned Emergency Maintenance:
An emergency or critically maintenance window be scheduled to execute important security, performance or stability improvements. A minimum of 72-hour notice will be provided along with the expected downtime duration. Rego will provide reasonable accommodations for business needs for these types of maintenance periods where possible.
Unplanned Incidents:
Unplanned downtime is defined as any loss of production system availability that is not planned by Rego with adequate notification. Unplanned outages are generally a result of unexpected system faults, unexpected environment factors, or immediate security threats that must be remediated. Notices of unplanned incidents will be sent to customers, along with a reasonable expectation of the duration. Root cause analysis will be provided to customers upon successful remediation of the incident. Unplanned incidents are considered to be violations of SLA agreements.
Maintenance of non-production environments can occur without express notice. Non-production environment are not subject to SLA agreements.
