  • In the support portal search the appropriate request type:
    Raise an Issue: Use this request for any service degradation or error
    Ask Question: use this option to rise a simple request like: activate a new user, request a password reset, etc.
    Request a Change: use this option to request change that requires approval lige environemnt refresh o Server Restart

  • Once an option is chose the screen will expand the required fields to rise a request:
    Summary: This is the Request Title
    Description: This is the full description fo the incident or request, please share all posible datails for a quicker solution
    Priority: This is the severity of the issue or request:

Critical

Lost of service block any progress

High

Lost of functionality could block progress

Medium

Lost of functionality may block progress

Low

Functionality not working as expected with work around

Attachment: Also any number of files can be attached to the request if necessary:

  • Whit all required information click on the send button and the ticket will be created; and agent will contact you shortly
