  • To request a VPN access on the support portal select the Manage VPN Accounts option

  • A form for raise a ticket will be shown; fill the following fields as:

    Summary: Specify that a new access is required
    Description: Be sure to include the following information:
    - Email Address and Name of the User
    - Specific Tier of the Non prod environment (dev, test, etc.)
    Environment: The URL of the environment you require DB access

  • After click submit a case will be create and a support agent will assist you in the process to obtain the key file necessary for access

NOTE: is responsibility of your organization to reach reago to request the deactivation of any user no longer working with you
