Please follow this guide to set up and use the Fiddler application when a network report is requested by support

Installation Guide

  1. Navigate to the URL: https://www.telerik.com/fiddler and hit on the download button


  2. Fill the information required and accept the license agreement and hot on the Download for windows



    If necessary change to  the proper OS version


  3. Once downloaded execute the installation file


  4. Once installed hit on the Create account option:


    In the next screen fill the proper fields and hit the create account


    An email will be send to activate your account


  5. After the activation  you now can Sign In


  6. When open a demo will start you can skip it


  7. Before start using it go to settings and in the HTTPS setting check the both boxes option


    And the on gateway set the no proxy option(unless you are using a company proxy setting)

User Guide

To capture and share the traffic information please follow the next steps:

  1. The application will start to capture all of the traffic on your computer; first reproduce the issue reported to support; and once the traffic is captured y the application


    Save the session with an appropriate name



    Select Local Storage and hit on sabe


  2. Once the session is save it will be available on the left side panel under My Session folder


  3. Select the recent save session and hit on export


    On the File Name chose the pat and name of the file, set the encryption method and password and hit save

  4. Once Saved send the file and share the set password to rego support team
