To request a VPN access on the support portal select the Manage VPN Accounts option
A form for raise a ticket will be shown; fill the following fields as:
Summary: Specify that a new access is required
Description: Be sure to include the following information:
- Email Address of the user
- Specific Tier of the Non prod environment (dev, test, etc.)
Environment: The URL of the environment you require DB accessAfter click submit a case will be create and a support agent will assist you in the process to obtain the key file necessary for access
