April 22nd, 2023 1:30pm Eastern: Rego is aware of an SFTP connectivity issue that is affecting a very small number of customers. Rego has identified a fix for the issue and will be deploying the fix in the evening of April 22nd to recover SFTP connectivity. If you are experiencing SFTP connectivity errors, please monitor this page for resolution, if issues persist after our resolution then you may enter a ticket. The next update to this page will indicate the time at which the fix will be deployed.support ticket.

We are writing to inform you about the recent outage impacting Microsoft infrastructure linked to Crowdstrike. We want to assure you that our Rego SaaS on AWS service remains fully operational and is not affected by this incident. 

As your trusted SaaS provider hosting Clarity PPM, we prioritize the reliability and availability of our services. Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which has not experienced any disruptions related to the Microsoft outage.
