This weekend, as part of our ongoing commitment to improve service efficiency and reliability, we will be performing a scheduled production upgrade on the Clarity environment hosted in Rego SaaS on AWS. This upgrade involves enhancements to hardware efficiency and system performance. 

What You Need to Know 

While these updates are designed to optimize the overall system, they may inadvertently cause errors in custom Clarity reports.  

We want to reassure you that the risk is minimal, especially if your custom reports did not experience any issues during the previous non-production maintenance window. 

Recommended Action 

If you encounter errors with any of your custom Clarity reports following the upgrade please recompile / redeploy the affected custom report which should resolve the issue.
