April 22nd, 2023 1:30pm Eastern: Rego is aware of an SFTP connectivity issue that is affecting a very small number of customers. Rego has identified a fix for the issue and will be deploying the fix in the evening of April 22nd to recover SFTP connectivity. If you are experiencing SFTP connectivity errors, please monitor this page for resolution, if issues persist after our resolution then you may enter a ticket. The next update to this page will indicate the time at which the fix will be deployed.
