Rego conducts occasional, planned monthly maintenance to improve the monitoring, security and stability of the Amazon AWS infrastructure hosting Clarity.  Due to the architecture of Clarity on AWS and the highly-available systems, when maintenance is executed within the window brief outages could occur but generally do not consume the entire window.  The monthly windows are confined to specific Saturdays, 83:00am GMT to 11:00am GMT.  Rego 6:00am EST.  Before and after these specific windows, Rego locks down all infrastructure (all non-prod and prod) from approximately Friday afternoon until Sunday evening to ensure high quality, controlled deployments. Rego will note in the scheduled below if service interrupts or performance degradation will be experienced during these windows.  In general, Rego recommends that you avoid running critical activities, jobs or interfaces during these monthly windows for increased stability.  Any planned monthly maintenance window that includes notable changes to the environments will include a published list of changes 7 days prior to the event.

Maintenance of non-production environments can occur without express notice.  Non-production environment are not subject to SLA agreements.
